What areas of Minnesota do you serve?

Based in Osakis (Douglas County) — we travel up to an hour for the right job. Regular service area includes Douglas, Todd, Otter Tail, Swift, and Grant counties: Alexandria, Long Prairie, Staples, Fergus Falls, Perham, Benson, Elbow Lake, and everything in between. Also serve Stearns County (St Cloud, Sauk Centre) and Morrison County (Little Falls).

How long until you can start a project?

Lead time varies by season and trade. Concrete and exterior work book 2–6 weeks out in summer; tile and remodel work typically book 1–3 weeks out. Free estimates are usually scheduled within a week.

What does an estimate cost?

Estimates are free for projects within our service area. We come to the site, walk the scope, and email a written line-item estimate within 3–5 business days.

Are you licensed and insured?

Do you handle the whole project, or do I need separate contractors?

We handle the full scope on most jobs — site prep, the build itself, and finish work. For specialized trades (electrical, plumbing) we coordinate with licensed subs and manage the schedule.
